Dreams

When we move forward,
towards the end,
we all have hope,
dreams we defend,
some of them noble,
some of them sincere,
some of them distant,
and some of them near.
Sometimes they are lost,
gone and never found,
Sometimes they are misplaced,
or thrown to the ground.
Sometimes they are achieved,
and happiness is plentiful, all encompassing,
grand and all abound.
No matter the case,
quandary or cause,
do not put an end to your dream,
else your life will be gone.
Dreams are the spirit,
the drink,
the sun,
the God,
the giver of life.
Without dreams, hope, goals and things to achieve,
Living would be dreary, hopeless, empty, meaningless and without life.
