Apparition

Her deep eyes beckon to me,
To listen to her secrets,
and piece together the mystery.
Her image glows out beauty,
Unlike any I've ever seen.
Her complextion so soft,
Her eyes the deepest green.
Her hand reaches out,
As if to reach into my soul,
As her hand touches mine,
She feels so cold.
She gives me a weakened smile,
As frost forms on her breath,
As I realised how
she had come to her death.
She floated away
as my realisation kicked in,
That she had died from
the pain that had built up within.
Her saddened soul now resting
had awakened mine,
As I realised my happiness
would come in due time.
